Jikiden Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese healing and self-improvement method that involves the laying on of hands. Reiki is an excellent tool for creating
physical and spiritual harmony. It can be
used for prevention, but also for treating acute and chronic symptoms, as well as physical or spiritual problems. It is a great method for creating and maintaining inner balance. Jikiden Reiki teaches Reiki in its original, unaltered form, just as Mikao Usui’s direct disciple Dr. Chujiro Hayashi taught it in the 1930s. The word Jikiden (pronounced Jikiden) means direct transmission/teaching (from Hayashi sensei).

You arrive, we chat a little, you fill out a form stating that you have no hidden medical conditions, and we prepare for the treatment.
The treatment takes place in silence. You don’t need to wear any special clothing for the treatment.
After the treatment, you rest for a while on the massage bed—if you feel like it—and then you get a refreshment and a snack.
The treatment lasts about 30 minutes..

You may not feel anything, but you may also feel heat above the „energy points.”

This is normal and nothing to be alarmed about. After the treatment, it is advisable to drink more clean water than usual.

Access Facelift is also an energy treatment that focuses on the face, head, and neck area. The method aims to
promote natural cell regeneration and rejuvenation processes, thereby helping the face and skin to look fresh and
youthful. This body treatment helps to smooth your body and preserve the youthfulness and elasticity of your skin and your whole life.

When you arrive, we will chat for a bit and prepare for the treatment.
You can talk during the treatment, but it is not mandatory or expected. You do not need to undress for the treatment; it is performed with your clothes on.
After the treatment, you can relax for a bit on the massage bed—if you feel like it—and then you will receive refreshments and snacks.

Access Facelift

Everything and nothing. Anything can happen.
You fall asleep, cry, laugh, feel like talking.
It is not advisable to interrupt the treatment, but you may need to take a sip of water, feel hungry, or need to go to the toilet—of course, you can do all of this during the treatment.

Personally, I keep running until I feel the energy flowing—at least 60 minutes, but it can be 90 minutes.
